How clients book, and approving requests

What clients see, approving requests, and cancellations.

Your booking page walks a client through three quick steps — no login required.

What a client does

  1. Chooses a session type from the ones you offer.
  2. Picks a time from your open slots.
  3. Enters their name, email, and an optional phone.

Depending on your rules they either book instantly or send a request for your approval, and they get a confirmation email with a link to cancel if plans change.

Never double-booked

RapidCoach re-checks the slot at the moment of booking, so two clients can't grab the same time — and a confirmed booking drops straight onto your calendar and blocks the slot.

Approving requests

If you require approval, requests appear in a Requests to approve panel in the Self-booking card — Approve to drop it on your calendar, or Decline.

Cancellations

Clients cancel from the link in their confirmation email, which frees the slot and lets you know. To move a booking, cancel it and have the client re-book — there isn't a reschedule-in-place yet.

Protected

Your booking page has a built-in bot check and rate limits, so it can't be spammed.
