One-way text updates from your coach
RapidCoach lets coaches send one-waytext notifications for coaching-related updates. Texts go only to parents, guardians, and eligible athletes who have opted in. It’s not marketing, and consent is never a condition of using RapidCoach.
What you’ll receive
Operational, coaching-related messages only: session and practice reminders, cancellations, schedule changes, location changes, team announcements, and other important updates — sent from the RapidCoach platform on behalf of your coach, team, or coaching organization.
How opt-in works
Your coach adds you to their roster and invites you to opt in. You then confirm your mobile number and check the consent box — the form shown here. We text only people who opt in; imported contacts are never texted automatically. For minor athletes, RapidCoach is parent/guardian-first: a parent or guardian opts in, not the child. Anyone who doesn’t opt in still gets the same updates by email or another channel.
One-way only
These messages are one-way. Replies are not monitored through RapidCoach. If you need to reach your coach, use the contact details they gave you.
Opt out or get help anytime
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask your coach to remove your number. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

One-way text notifications are available on paid Pro and Pro Plus plans. You invite families to opt in, and RapidCoach texts only those who agree.
