Set your availability and booking rules

Choose when you're bookable and how bookings work.

Two things control what clients can book: your weekly availability and your booking rules. Both live in the Self-booking card under Settings.

Weekly availability

Under Weekly availability, add the windows you're open — each is a day of the week with a start and end time. Add as many as you need with + Add window, remove any you don't want, then Save availability. Times are shown in your booking timezone, and RapidCoach automatically hides any time already taken by a session on your calendar.

Weekly only — and about three weeks out

Availability is a recurring weekly schedule; there aren't one-off date overrides. To close a specific date — a holiday or travel day — add a block on your calendar and that time stops being offered. Clients can book up to about three weeks ahead.

Booking rules

Under Booking rules you set:

  • Timezone — the zone your times are shown in.
  • Minimum notice — how many hours ahead a client must book.
  • Buffer between sessions — padding after each booking.
  • Max bookings per person per day — an optional cap.
  • ConfirmationBook instantly, or I approve each request so nothing lands on your calendar without your OK.
  • Welcome message — an optional note shown at the top of your booking page.

Save them with Save rules.
