Create a session

Put a session on the calendar and set its category, time, and roster.

A session is a coaching appointment on your calendar. Creating one takes a few taps, and it blocks its time so nothing else books over it.

Start a new session

There are three ways in:

  • Tap an open time on the day or week grid (or a day in month view).
  • Use the New session button on the calendar.
  • Use New session in the quick-actions row on your dashboard.

Fill in the details

  1. Pick a Category — it sets the session's color. (Manage your categories any time.)
  2. Set the Date, Start time, and Duration (in 15-minute steps — a quick 30-minute check-in, a standard hour, a 90-minute block, up to a full day).
  3. Add Athletes, or Load a group to drop a whole roster in at once (the group's category comes along too). Need someone who isn't on your roster yet? Use + Add athlete right in the session.
  4. Add any Notes, then save.

The session lands on your calendar and reserves that slot.

Related

Repeat it automatically with recurring sessions, or block off time you're not available. You can take attendance right on the session once it happens.
