When a client can't make it and you don't have the new time yet, park the session instead of losing it. It waits in one place until you're ready to reschedule.
Park it
- Open the session on your calendar.
- Choose Need to reschedule. The session leaves the calendar and moves to your To reschedule list.
Good to know
Parking is for individual, one-off sessions — it isn't offered for blocked time or group sessions.
Reschedule it
- Open Reschedule from the menu to see everything waiting in To reschedule.
- Pick a session, choose a new day and time, and it drops back onto your calendar.
- No longer needed? Cancel it from the same list.
