Store files in your document library

Keep waivers, forms, and files in one shared, private place.

The document library is a shared place for your team's files — waiver templates, forms, spreadsheets, PDFs, and images — so nobody's hunting through email threads.

Plan

Documents and waivers are available on Pro and Pro Plus.

Add a file

  1. Open Documents from the dashboard menu (under Business).
  2. Upload a file and give it a name and an optional description.

From the list you can download, rename, or delete any file.

Private & shared

Your library is shared across every coach in your organization, and storage is private — downloads use short-lived links, so nothing is ever public. Documents are coach-only; they aren't shown to parents.

To collect signatures on a form, use the Waivers tool instead.
