A few settings make RapidCoach feel like yours. Find them under Settings in the menu.
Calendar preferences
- Default calendar view — open to day, week, or month.
- Week layout — a fixed Sunday–Saturday week, or a rolling week that starts on today.
Your profile
Update your name and phone so families see who's reaching out. Replies to any email you send route back to you.
Secure your account
Turn on two-factor authentication (an authenticator app) from Settings to add a second layer of protection to your coach login.
Make it yours
On Pro Plus you can add your own logo and branding so the app and your emails carry your look.
Billing
Manage your plan any time from Settings → Billing — upgrade, change, or cancel, and set up payments when you're ready to collect from clients.
