Schedule your first session

Put a session on the calendar and add your athletes.

With athletes and categories in place, you're ready to schedule. Sessions live on your calendar and block their time so nothing double-books.

Create a session

  1. On the calendar, tap an open time (or use New session).
  2. Pick a category for its color, and set the start time and length (sessions are one hour by default; 90 minutes and other lengths are fine).
  3. Choose whether it's a private (single-athlete) or group session, and add the athletes or a saved roster.
  4. Save — it drops onto the calendar and blocks that slot.

Move it or edit it

Drag a session to another day or time to reschedule. Open a session any time to edit details, add notes, or mark attendance (present, late, or absent) — for a group, everyone defaults to present and you just flip the exceptions.

Reusable rosters

Coaching the same squad each week? Build a group once and schedule it in a tap — its athletes snapshot onto the session, so later group edits never rewrite past sessions.
