Every session on your calendar has a Payment option, so you can decide how each one is collected — one at a time.
Open the session
- Tap a session on your calendar to open it.
- Scroll to the Payment section.
Choose how to collect
- Request online payment — creates a secure Stripe pay link for this session. Confirm the amount, then copy the link and send it to the client. The session shows Unpaid until they pay, then flips to Paid automatically.
- Mark as paid (cash/elsewhere) — records that you collected outside the app (cash, check, another app). The session shows Paid externally.
- No charge — this session is free; no payment is expected.
Tip
The status badge on the Payment section tells you where each session stands at a glance: No charge, Unpaid, Paid, Paid externally, or Refunded.
Note
Online payment options appear only when you're charge-ready. If you haven't finished Stripe setup, you can still mark a session paid externally.
