Taking a break, or between seasons? You can pause payments without losing your Stripe connection — then resume instantly when you're ready.
Pause
- Go to Settings → Billing and open the Accept payments card.
- Choose Pause payments and confirm.
While paused, RapidCoach won't collect new payments and the payment options disappear from sessions and booking. Your connected Stripe account, verification, and any balance stay exactly as they were.
Resume
Come back to the same card and choose Resume payments. Your existing account reconnects immediately — there's no new setup and nothing is lost.
Tip
Pausing is the clean way to stop temporarily. There's deliberately no hard "disconnect," so you never end up with an orphaned account or stranded funds.
