Refunds and payment status

How to refund a payment and what each status badge means.

Refunds are issued from your Stripe dashboard, and RapidCoach keeps the matching session or plan up to date automatically.

Issue a refund

  1. Open your Stripe dashboard and find the payment.
  2. Refund it in Stripe (full or partial).
  3. RapidCoach receives the update and marks the related session as Refunded, or voids the enrollment, on its own.

What the statuses mean

  • No charge — the session is free; nothing is owed.
  • Unpaid — a payment is expected but hasn't been collected yet.
  • Paid — collected online through Stripe.
  • Paid externally — you marked it collected outside the app (cash, check, etc.).
  • Refunded — the payment was refunded in Stripe.

Note

RapidCoach doesn't issue refunds on your behalf — you stay in control of them from Stripe, where you can see the full transaction and fee details.
