Refunds are issued from your Stripe dashboard, and RapidCoach keeps the matching session or plan up to date automatically.
Issue a refund
- Open your Stripe dashboard and find the payment.
- Refund it in Stripe (full or partial).
- RapidCoach receives the update and marks the related session as Refunded, or voids the enrollment, on its own.
What the statuses mean
- No charge — the session is free; nothing is owed.
- Unpaid — a payment is expected but hasn't been collected yet.
- Paid — collected online through Stripe.
- Paid externally — you marked it collected outside the app (cash, check, etc.).
- Refunded — the payment was refunded in Stripe.
Note
RapidCoach doesn't issue refunds on your behalf — you stay in control of them from Stripe, where you can see the full transaction and fee details.
