Beyond charging per session, you can sell term passes (a flat fee for a season) and session packs (a set number of prepaid sessions) from the Plans page.
Where to find it
Open Plans from the dashboard menu (under Business). It's available on any paid plan. To sell online you also need a charge-ready Stripe account; otherwise you can still record cash sales.
Create an offering
- In the Offerings section, give the plan a name.
- Pick a type: Term pass (set a price and the season's start and end dates) or Session pack (set a price and how many sessions it includes, with an optional expiry).
- Optionally restrict it to one category, then save.
Enroll an athlete
- In Enroll an athlete, choose the athlete and the offering.
- Pick how they're paying:
- Charge online — creates a Stripe pay link to send the client; the enrollment counts once they pay.
- Mark paid (cash / check) — records the sale immediately.
Each enrollment snapshots the plan's details at purchase, so later edits to an offering never change a pass you've already sold.

Automatic session-pack credit tracking — where a pack draws down as an athlete attends — is on the way. For now, packs record the purchase and the number of sessions included.
