A group is your reusable roster — a set of athletes you coach together, so you can schedule the whole squad at once instead of picking them one by one. Find groups under Rosters.
Create a group
- Open Rosters and choose New group.
- Name it (e.g. "Varsity Sprinters") and pick a category for its color.
- Search and add the athletes in the group.
- Optionally assign coaches — assigned coaches can see and schedule everyone in the group.
Schedule a group
When you create a session, choose Load a group to drop its whole roster (and category) onto the session. The athletes are snapshotted onto that session, so editing the group later never rewrites sessions you've already run.
