Import athletes from a CSV

Bulk-add a whole roster from a spreadsheet.

Have a roster in a spreadsheet? Import it in one step instead of typing each athlete.

Import

  1. On the Athletes page, choose Import CSV.
  2. Either upload a file or paste the rows. Each row is an athlete's name, with an optional birth date. A header row is optional.
  3. Choose Import — the whole list is added at once.

Good to know

Imported athletes start private to you (not shared across the team) and with no guardian contacts. Add contacts and more detail per athlete afterward.
