Control who can see each athlete

On a team, you control who sees which athletes. By default an athlete you add is private to you; share them when other coaches need access.

Share an athlete

When adding or editing an athlete, tick shared to make them visible to every coach in your organization. Leave it unchecked to keep them private to you.

Other ways coaches get access

• Owners and admins see every athlete in the organization.
• Group assignment — assigning a group to a coach lets them see and schedule every athlete in it, even ones that aren't marked shared.
