Plans change. Moving a session is as simple as dragging it — no need to delete and re-create.
Drag to move
- In day or week view, drag a session to a new time or day; its start time updates as you drop it.
- In month view, drag a session to another day.
The moved session keeps its category, roster, and notes — only the date and time change. The old slot frees up and the new one is blocked.
Repeating sessions
Dragging one session in a repeating series moves just that occurrence — the rest of the series stays put. To change the whole series, open a session and edit it (see editing a session).
Prefer to set the exact time?
Open the session and edit its Date and Start time directly. If a client missed a session and you don't have the new time yet, park it for a makeup instead.
