Setting up takes a couple of minutes. You'll create your login, name your organization, and land on your calendar.

RapidCoach is currently invite-only early access. Use the link from your invitation to create your account with your email and a password.
Set up your organization
Right after signing up, you'll fill in a short form:
- Organization name — your team or business (e.g. "Velocity Track" or "Coach Smith Training").
- Your name, and an optional phone number.
- Type of organization — e.g. track team, school team, independent coach, academy.
Choose Continue and your organization is created, pre-loaded with a starter set of session categories.
Your trial
You start on a 14-day free trial with full access — no credit card required. Founding coaches get a full year of Pro Plus free; we'll remind you before it ends.
