Give parents access to the schedule

Parents can see their own athlete's schedule through a passwordless sign-in. There's nothing to install and no password to manage — access is tied to the email you have on file.

How it works

1. Make sure the parent or guardian's email is saved on their athlete's contacts (you add these when you add or edit an athlete).
2. The parent goes to the login page and chooses Parent.
3. They enter that same email and receive a magic link — clicking it signs them in and connects them to their athlete.

What parents can (and can't) see

• They see only their own athlete's schedule, read-only.
• They never see your private notes, other athletes, or any coaching tools.
• Guardian contact details stay coach-only and never appear on the parent's side.
