Stop wondering whether a message landed. Every email you send is tracked, so you can see exactly what happened to it.
Delivery status
For each message, RapidCoach shows a delivery status per recipient:
- Delivered — the email reached the recipient's mail server.
- Opened — the recipient opened it (shown for information only).
- Bounced — it couldn't be delivered (for example, a bad address).
Sent history
Your Messages area keeps a full history of what you've sent — the subject, who it went to, when, and its delivery results — so you can look back any time. An athlete's profile also shows the messages that went to their family.
Bounces
If an address keeps bouncing, check the spelling on the athlete's guardian contact and update it.
