Payments on a team

Who sets up Stripe, and how payments work across coaches.

On a multi-coach organization, payments are set up once for the whole team — not per coach.

One account for the organization

Your organization connects one Stripe account, and all coaches collect through it. Only an owner or admin can connect or manage it, from Settings → Billing — see set up payments. Once it's connected and verified, every coach on a paid plan can take payments.

Who can set it up

A regular coach won't see the Stripe setup step — ask an owner or admin to connect the organization's payout account.

Tracking who collected what

Each payment records the coach who took it, so the Payments page reflects the team's activity. All funds settle to the organization's connected account.
