The Payments page is your record of everything you've collected online.
The Payments page
Open Payments from the dashboard menu — it appears once you're charge-ready. At the top you can create a new payment request; below, Recent payments lists each one with its description, athlete, date, amount, and a status badge — Pending, Succeeded, Refunded, Failed, or Canceled. Statuses update on their own as clients pay.
When you get paid
Money from online payments settles into your own connected bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule — RapidCoach never holds your funds. Exact timing (including any initial hold on a brand-new account) is set by Stripe; you can see upcoming payouts in your Stripe dashboard.
Refunds & fees
