Coaching with a staff? Invite fellow coaches to share your organization's athletes, groups, and categories — each with their own calendar.
Plan
Adding coaches is a Pro Plus feature — Pro Plus includes up to 5 coaches, counting you. Standard and Pro are single-coach plans.
Send an invite
- Open Coaches from the menu. (Only owners and admins see the invite tools.)
- Under Invite a coach, enter their email and pick a role — Coach or Admin (see roles).
- Choose Create invite. RapidCoach generates a one-time invite link — Copy it and send it to them yourself.
Share the link yourself
Invite links are copy-and-share for now — RapidCoach doesn't email them. The link is shown once and expires in 14 days.
Manage pending invites
Pending invites are listed with a Revoke link if you need to cancel one. To replace an expired invite, just create a new one.
