Each plan includes a set number of coach seats — and RapidCoach tells you when you've reached it.
Seats by plan
Standard and Pro are single-coach. Pro Plus includes up to 5 coaches, counting you. Seats count both joined coaches and any pending invites.
When you're at the limit
If you try to invite a coach with no seats left, RapidCoach stops you and explains how to make room:
- On a single-coach plan, it points you to upgrade to Pro Plus to add coaches.
- On Pro Plus, free up a seat by revoking a pending invite — or upgrade if you need more than five.
Pending invites hold a seat
An unaccepted invite still counts toward your seats. If you're full, revoke an old invite you no longer need.
