Create a practice plan

Compose drills and blocks into a reusable, phased practice.

A practice plan is a reusable, ordered session — warm-up through cool-down — built from your drills plus any one-off blocks.

Build a practice

  1. Open Training → Practices and choose New practice.
  2. Name it (e.g. "Tuesday Threshold") and, optionally, an estimated duration.
  3. Add items — pick a drill from your library, or type an ad-hoc block for something you won't reuse.
  4. Set each item's phaseWarm-up, Main set, Cool-down, or Other — and reorder them with the up/down controls.
  5. Save. Archive a practice when it's out of rotation; past sessions that used it are untouched.
