Video analysis is included on every plan.
Add a clip
- Open Video Analysis from the menu and pick an athlete — or open the Video review card on an athlete's profile.
- Choose Record / Upload Video. On a phone you can record a new clip or pick an existing one; on a computer you choose a file.
Clip limits
Clips must be 60 seconds or shorter and under 100 MB — plenty for a form breakdown. If a clip is too large, record at a lower resolution.
It stays on your device
While you review, the clip plays from your device and isn't uploaded. It only reaches the athlete's profile when you choose Save; Discard keeps it on your device only.
