Sender name, replies, and unsubscribes

How emails are sent under your name, where replies go, and how opt-outs work.

Last updated July 14, 2026

Emails you send look like they come from you, and replies come straight back to you — with unsubscribes handled automatically to keep you compliant.

Sent under your name

Messages are sent from RapidCoach's email service on your behalf, showing your name or business as the sender (for example, "Coach Smith via RapidCoach"). Sending from our verified domain is what keeps your email out of spam folders — you never have to set up your own email domain.

Replies come to you

The reply-to is set to your own email, so when a parent replies it goes straight to your inbox — not a no-reply address. Keep your email current under Settings.

Unsubscribes

Every email includes a built-in unsubscribe link. If a family unsubscribes, RapidCoach remembers it and skips them on future emails automatically — you don't have to track it yourself. They can still be reached by other means, and (with opt-in) by text.
