For the updates that can't wait for an inbox, RapidCoach sends one-way text notifications to families who have opted in — reminders, cancellations, schedule changes, and other important updates, sent from the platform on your behalf.

Text notifications are available on Pro and Pro Plus, and stay locked during the free trial. Pro includes up to 1,000 texts a month and Pro Plus up to 3,000.
How texting works here
- One-way and operational. Texts carry coaching-related updates only — not marketing.
- Opt-in only. RapidCoach texts only people who have agreed to receive them — see collect text opt-in.
- Additive. Anyone who hasn't opted in still gets the same updates by email or your other channels — no one is left out.
What it isn't
RapidCoach texting is deliberately simple: there's no two-way texting in the app, no per-coach phone number, and replies aren't monitored. If a family needs to respond, they contact you directly — see STOP, HELP, and opt-outs.
