Once clients start booking, here's where everything shows up and what to expect.

A booking is just a session

A confirmed booking drops onto your calendar as a normal session — open it to add notes, take attendance, or drag it like any other. The slot is blocked so nothing else books over it.

Emails you'll get

  • The client gets a confirmation (or "request received") email with a link to cancel — replies route to you.
  • You get a notification for each new booking or request, with the client's name, time, and email — replies route to the client.

Free sessions

A session type with no price (blank or $0) books with no payment step — the client just picks a time. Add a price only when you want to collect at booking.

Approvals

If you require approval, new requests wait in the Requests to approve panel until you approve or decline them — see how clients book.
