Reach the right families in seconds instead of firing off a dozen texts. Email one athlete's family, a group, or your whole roster — all from inside RapidCoach.

Plan

Email is available on every paid plan — Standard, Pro, and Pro Plus — and stays locked during the free trial. Each plan includes a monthly send limit: Standard 1,500, Pro 5,000, and Pro Plus 10,000 recipient-emails a month.

Write and send

  1. Open Messages from the dashboard menu and choose New message.
  2. Pick who it goes to: one athlete's family, a group, or your whole roster. RapidCoach shows how many recipients that is.
  3. Keep the channel on Email, add a subject, and choose a message type — General, Reminder, Cancellation, Schedule change, or Update.
  4. Write your message in the editor — bold, lists, and links are all supported — then send.

Who receives it

Email goes to the parent/guardian contacts on each athlete you're sending to — see parent and guardian contacts. Anyone who has unsubscribed is skipped automatically, and RapidCoach shows how many that was.
