Assign a workout
- Open an athlete's profile and go to their training calendar (month or week view).
- Click a day and add a workout — pull one from your drills and practices, or write it in.
- Assign it to just this athlete, a group, your whole roster, or a hand-picked set — in one step.
- Turn on a weekly repeat to lay out a training block.
Mark a workout completed as it's done to track the plan over time.
Reuse a whole week
Built a good training week? Copy it forward instead of rebuilding it.
