Sending a text works just like emailing families — you pick who it's for and write it, and RapidCoach sends it only to the people who have opted in.
Send a text
- Open Messages and choose New message.
- Switch the channel to Text. RapidCoach shows how many of the people you've selected have opted in — texts go only to them.
- Choose a message type and write a short, plain-text message. A counter shows the character count and how many segments it will use.
- Send. RapidCoach adds a short sign-off with your organization's name and STOP instructions to every text.
Only the opted-in
If no one in your selected audience has opted in yet, there's no one to text — invite them first from the athlete's Contacts card.
Monthly limit
Each plan includes a monthly text allowance — 1,000 on Pro and 3,000 on Pro Plus. Texts are one-way; families reach you at your normal contact info — see STOP, HELP, and opt-outs.
